I fish St Joseph Sound around Palm Harbor and rarely see TT’s. I’ve thrown shrimp to maybe 2 TT’s in the last couple of years. During stone crab season I run close to the buoys all day long and I just don’t ever see them. Any tips on what I should change? Throw at buoys even if I don’t see any fish? TIA.
Did I miss talking about hooks? Circle hooks versus j hooks, hook size, hook type? Leader length?
