Capt Hubbard does a really good job at sorting this out and also making recommendations how we can best advocate for ourselves as recreation anglers. Recreational kill accounts for less than 1% of fish harvests. I know that in the Gulf, there were quote increases in 2022 for commercial harvest which does not make sense.

Capt Hubbard, I am greatly impressed with how much of an understanding you have on this AND your ability to express that info so thoroughly and succinctly! I am typically dealing with a short attn span on highly technical reports, but you held my attention and I was able to follow your path/’web’ of interconnected info!
