Salt Strong “PERMANENT” Performance Gear

I mentioned thank you for your patience above because I know that many of you have been asking for this new gear for quite some time (and I can’t even explain to you how excited we are to finally have this new gear in).

You should also know that one of the reasons these performance shirts take so long is that we take extra special care to make every piece is perfect.

For instance, if you already own some of our performance gear, you know that we don’t use screen printing on our performance shirts.

Why?

Because screen printing is cheap, it’s hot, it doesn’t breath, it’s heavy, it’s sticky, it cracks, it peels, and it is an inferior way to make a performance fishing shirt.

What we use is a “Permanent” design process known as sublimation.

It’s permanent because the design (and any logos, arm logos, etc) is literally burnt into the microfiber performance material.

Here is why having a “Permanent” fishing shirt is so beneficial to you:

• There is no extra layer of ink on your shirt, so it keeps you cooler out in the sun
• It is more lightweight and breathable than a performance shirt with screen printing
• It’s Permanent because it can NEVER peel or crack like all screen printed shirts will do after enough time in the sun and saltwater, so your shirt design will be looking amazing even after years of use outside.
• It dries faster as there is no extra layer of ink on top

And because these shirts are all made in a special way, it tends to take a whole lot longer than just getting a screen printing company to print off some shirts.

Not to mention, just to get a small amount of every single color and size for all of the new shirts below costs us well over $16,000 (which was a big expense for a single order of shirts for a start-up like us).

But the great news is they are finally in, and they all look and feel amazing!
