What about water depth? How deep does the water need to be along the shore for those redfish?
Great video!
Here is a link I found for the cutting board

Would the redfish also have a highway in brackish waterways?
I live in the Pamlico/Tar in NC.
100% artificial here so can’t see this being anything I’d go for. Have to adjust to conditions and factor in the artificial element which isn’t easy particularly when there is such an abundance of bait but that’s the challenge. Soaking bait isn’t much of a challenge but does in all truth produce fish.
Great video – can you share the details of that cutting board? Thanks
I have an interest in the cutting board as well

Great info. I’m a bass fisher mostly so it almost killed me when he said you might have to wait an hour for a bite😎. I’d be throwing plastics and keeping an eye on the cut bait rod!
Great Video on Redfish highway
Great podcast, thanks for all the valuable info.
This video is so educational. I’ll be trying it my next trip out. Thanks so much for sharing with us.
What is the name of Peter Deeks course that y’all discussed at the end of this video?
I fish the middle Chesapeake Bay Area, we don’t have mullet. We do have an abundance of blue crab and pogies, live spot is a go to for rockfish also soft crab. I have found several redfish highways, but catching reds on artificial is hit or miss. Which bait would you guys recommend in place of cut mullet. Thanks
Blue crabs would be perfect! Deeks actually prefers blue crabs in most cases (they are just more expensive than netting some mullet)
