Wouldn’t it be great if every cast you made this summer could win you a boat, a truck, or a wide array of other prizes… all from a single catch…
Well this fishing fantasy is now a reality thanks to the CCA Florida STAR Fishing Tournament!
I just joined this one of a kind fishing tournament by STAR CCA, and here is why you should too!
If you like to catch redfish along the Gulf coast of FL, you can exponentially increase the amount of excitement to every one of your fishing trips for a span of over 3 months this summer by simply joining the inaugural CCA Florida STAR fishing tournament.
Best of all, there are nearly $500,000 in prizes available to participants!
When I was fishing inshore tournaments in the past, the most rewarding part was the fact that every cast was a potential winner… and every bite on a tournament day created an instant boost of adrenaline!
The only problem was that there were only a select few tournament offerings in my area, not to mention many of the weekend tournaments conflicted with my schedule, so those most exciting days on the water were few and far between.
But unlike the traditional inshore fishing tournament, this STAR CCA Florida tournament is a 3+ month-long span of fishing excitement! And that is the core reason why I am so excited to participate in the STAR CCA Florida fishing tournament (Presented by Yamaha).
This 2015 CCA Florida STAR Tournament begins on May 23rd and lasts all the way to September 7th. So anyone that can get out on the water at least once during that 108-day span has a chance to win awards as awesome as a new truck or even a new boat!
All you have to do is spend about 5 minutes to complete your online registration which involves a payment of just $60 (or just $30 if you’re already a member of CCA).
CCA Florida STAR Tournament Details
Here is how you win the BIG PRIZES:
Eighty specially tagged redfish are the STAR attraction of the upcoming CCA Florida fishing tournament. These redfish are being released along the Gulf coast of Florida, and the first 6 registered anglers to catch one will win amazing prizes like a free truck or a boat, trailer, and motor package.
In addition, there are other divisions with chances to win more great prizes with eligible species including snook, seatrout, cobia, and sheepshead. These divisions include an Open, Ladies, Youth, Fly, Kayak, and Professional Guides, so there are ways to win for just about everyone.
Another featured division unique to Florida STAR is the Conservation Division:
This division is designed to reward anglers who submit the most catch information during the 108-day tournament. The fish data received will be a huge help to help CCA in its science-based fisheries management activities.
