Will this work on all parts of Florida? Never done any net casting for live bait. Fish in St. Augustine and Jax area. Not sure beyond mullet what bait fish are in this area. HELP appreciated.

The chum is for meat eating baitfish which is pretty much all of them but mullet.

What do you do to stun the white bait before throwing it in to use as chum?

Squeezing them a bit typically works well. But it’s also smart to let them go naturally because they’ll travel further around to help increase the range of fish that you can attract.
