I was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida. In short words, family and fishing can pretty much explain who I am. I have loving and supportive parents who are also my best friends. I started dating my Amazing Wife in our Freshman year of high school. I am a dog dad to three rescues, and for now, they keep us busy enough.

I went fishing for my first time with my Dad when I was 5 years old and I have been hooked ever since! Started out fishing my local ponds for Catfish, Bass, Bluegill, Gar, or anything else that wanted to pull back. As I got older my love for fishing progressed. I took my boaters safety course around the age of 13. I saved money from cutting lawns and cleaning houses with my Grandmother’s business, and I eventually purchased a small Jon boat. I had a makeshift boat trailer that I pulled with my bike to the lake on my street. Then I started venturing into saltwater with my Dad and once experienced enough, I started taking my friends and getting them hooked as well! Since then I have had a few other boats, but I am currently fishing from an 18ft cc Stumpnocker with a 90hp Evinrude E-Tec. 

Over the years, my fishing skills have increased by experience and studying the nature of fish. I started fishing competitively in Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and Sheepshead tournaments here in Jacksonville. I find it enjoyable to take friends and family and even people who are new to the sport of fishing. I like seeing the smiles and excitement on their faces when the line starts to peel off the reel! I am very proud to be a member of the Salt Strong Family and to have the opportunity to help others learn and enjoy my passion.
