Pros
The spatula is stainless steel so it’s super heavy duty and won’t rust.
When you use the Toadfish Spatula you’ll notice that it’s much easier to flip your fish because of the extra thin tip.
Since it is ridged at the end it allows you to get under the food without breaking it apart.
And the coolest feature of this cooking utensil is the spoon rest that allows it to sit up from any surface.
Not only does this keep your tables and edge of the grill clean, but it also keeps the spatula sanitary.
Con (Yes, Only One)
There is only one downside that I’ve found and it’s that this spatula is slightly more expensive than others.
But it is completely worth it!
The Toadfish Ultimate Spatula is my go-to for grilling fish and for cooking many other things too.
They also make fantastic gifts for your friends and family.

Being in foodservice for over half my life I’m 57 and have been at it for over 35 years I can tell you from my experience the best way to grill fish is not with a special spatula but a covering like tinfoil over the grates to keep the cooked fish from breaking apart and going into the grill I have a yoshi mat a tv item purchased several years ago that gives yoh the grill marks on the meat and can stand temps on a grill up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit only 20 bucks o found it at a store here in northeast fl called Fred’s
Great review. I love my Toadfish equipment. I was on their website the other day and saw they are sporting their own braided fishing line now, and in one of the photos for the line it appears that they have a prototype inshore spinning reel.
Looking forward to reviews on those items in the future.
I agree. I love my Toadfish Spatula. Toadfish is a great company and they stand behind all their products.
Looks like a nice spatula
That is a heck of a hook-remover
Luke, That was surprising to see a spatula presented here. But, I have to agree about how nice they are. One thing though…Most people buy larger than what they need for a Grill and I found that the Weber grill (the size you are using with the 2 burner) is perfect size for most everything we cook today for 2 to 6 people. They heat up quickly, hold lots of meat/seafood and don’t use a lot of propane! I know you can’t stock them for sale but, wouldn’t that be nice!
what was ur rub?
Speaking of cooking you all should look into the grillgun. I just recently bough one and it have changed my abilities when it comes to using a charcoal grill.
